		<description>I am the opposite...if something is very good and flavorful, then I find myself eating and eating.  If something is bland, then I tend to just push it aside when I feel satisfied hunger wise.</description>

		<description>If the food is flavorful I tend to eat more (unfortunately).  I would just stick to portion control, not eating any sugars, high fat content, more fiber and water....a healthy diet, in other words....and (sadly :(...wish there was another way) exercise.</description>

		<description>flavorful foods tend to probably be more fatty and filling as they taste good.  the bland or whole grains keep going as you can eat more and not feel soooooo full.</description>

		<description>I have been trying to learn more about this as well...   there is a diet called the shangri - la diet.   if you drink a couple tablespoons of olive oil and a dab of sugar  they say you loose the appitite and it trains you not to be hungry as much..... anyway.... read the link to find out more about it...</description>
