whole wheat bread,pasta and rice instead of white,fruits and vegetables,dont drink pop and not too much juice, and choose lean meats and get low fat oil based salad dressing, eat a good breakfast with a healthy,high fibre cereal or a healthy smoothie and bring your lunch to school instead of buying it :)

If your school offers a salad bar go for that. Skip the fries and extra salt. 
If you don&#039;t live too far walk to school instead of getting a ride or taking the bus or stay after school to walk the track if you have one.
You&#039;ll get the best results if you do this with a friend so you can motivate each other and you won&#039;t feel so alone = )</description>
