The experiment diet/workout theory’s? Do they even work?

Hello,
I am 19, 6 feet tall and 165ish pounds. I finally want a 6 or 8 pack of abs.

Truth is nobody ever has a good explanation on how to do this. Its like a secret or something. The best one gets on average is someone says “DIET” and “CARDIO”.
But that doesn’t explain anything, thats so vague its not even funny its kinda of an idiotic rude answer.

A diet, what kind of diet, there are inf number of diets. The calorie-D, the Carb-D, the Low Fat-D, the Macrobiotic Diet, the Raw Food Diet, the Vegetarian Diets, the Protein Diets….etc
So many diets that makes everything crazy because we probably don’t even need them. May as well just fast for 3 days.

The only diet I know is the Normal diet, The diet that the norm does, you know wake up eat waffles, go to work eat fast food, snacks…etc

Diets are for people who are going to stick to them for life, I would say. Most people who diet fall short from even lasting 3 months on it. Healthy foods they may be but they bitter
as can be also. Which leave a lot of people down in the dumps. So by all the people I have seen on a diet thats none stop healthy like the ones above…I can say with great belief that tons of healthy food will just make you deeply depressed.

So why can’t people live by their normal diets? I been thinking that a lot. To tell the truth I can only come up with one answer, many people are just lazy.

I’m going to say that working out is the key to it all. Sense no random groups of 10 can agree on one diet.

HERE IS THE PLAN.
For me I have decided to do an experiment, to workout a lot and do cardio’s…etc to lose my little fat I have or tone up for others. But all on my normal diet. If I eat 3000 calories why can’t I burn 1000 cals on a jog? For I get most of my energy at night. I have concluded thats the time I should be working out, I believe in theory that I have all that energy because my body has finally processed all the foods I have ate for the day and now I have a boost o
f energy, so if I SLEEP I will store it as fat. But if I workout I will burn it. The true question is will I burn enough to loose my few pounds I have.
I hate jogging I have no stamina, but for some reason my mind or body has had the urge to jog often.
If at all the only diet I will do is eat less of what I normally eat. For example I will have 1 waffle in the morning rather than 2.
It worst to happen is I don’t lose anything, but get in shape.

So before I run out of space what do you all think crazy people I have a questionable fascination with?

    Lose weight fast

To burn 1000 calories more than your body normally burns in a day, you would have to work out for a couple hours and you will lose muscle mass and gain weight eventually. Why don’t you eat healthy, it’s not that difficult

The best diet isn’t even a diet – but rather a complete lifestlye change. People don’t usually last on a diet because there are no quick and visible results – and they feel like crap on them!

I would have to say that you have no stamina during the day because of processed carbs – which causes a roller coaster effect with your blood sugar. In other words – you consume waffles or fast food – your blood sugar spikes (like being at the top of a huge roller coaster hill), then an hour or so later it plummets down below the normal level (creating a feeling of emptiness/hunger, fatigue etc). When you do this over and over again to your body – the end result is a loss of stamina.

You need a good nutritional program (not a diet – diets don’t work!), and cardio can be anything from running/jogging to swimming. Also throw in some strength training (lift weights every other day at least). I recommend the P90X program (www.p90x.com) especially the ab ripper x segment because there are over 300 moves within a 16 minute time frame. It really works the abs and will give you the result you are looking for.

I know of an incredible nutritional program – but don’t want to be guitly of “spamming or advertising”, so if you want info – let me know.
