In terms of contributions, it has nothing less than wrought the bane of the healthy American upon us, with the advent of the all-you-can-eat Chinese Buffet. Most are hardly $5.00 to get in and eating the food on a regular basis is just plain unhealthy: salt and sugar and oil in every recipe.
