How To Lose Fat On Your Arms, Stomach, And Chest?

I would like some help on knowing how to lose fat on your arms, stomach, and chest. Exercises and diet tips are what I need. I am fitness ignorant, so anything you can will help.

    Whenever you’re looking to burn fat on any part of the body, the best solution is always going to be cardio.
    Now if you add a weight lifting routine to your cardio routine, you will speed up the fat burning process dramatically.

    You can’t spot reduce, unfortunately. Just make wise dietary choices (no processed or junk food), drink lots of water (helps flush bad stuff out of your system), & try to workout 4-5 days a week. Get a good mix of cardio & weight training. If you don’t have access to a gym, you can do moves like push ups, crunches, squats, lunges, etc w/o any equipment. For cardio, you can jog, do jumping jacks, jump rope, etc.
    You can also get workout dvds. I like anything that Jillian Michaels puts out (especially her 30 Day Shred & Hot Bod in a Box) & Beach Body.
