    running, if you run everyday, and it will give you a pack too, but you need to run everyday, but dont run distance everyday, do long distance one day then sprints the next, its better for you if you do it that way.

    I say the turbo kickboxing class.
    Why?
    What is the hardest thing to do concerning exercise?
    Getting yourself motivated.
    It’s much easier to be with a class of individuals who are motivated, than to get yourself going.
    A turbo kickboxing class, exercises EVERY muscle and uses every organ needed. You are getting a full, complete workout. Your cardiovascular rate, is at the level it needs to be for a complete exercise.
    It does cost bucks! There’s no denying this! Running on your own is free. However, you can also use what you’ve learned with turbo kickboxing, to defend yourself.
