How Is It That You Can Eat “less” (of Certain Foods), And Yet Intake More Calories Than You Would From Eating
certain foods, i.e. pizza, have more calories than others, and therefore a single small slice of pizza may even contain more calories than several servings of other foods, i.e. vegetables. On the other hand, chances are you will still be hungry if you only eat a single small slice of pizza, or at least hungrier than you would be if you ate several servings of vegetables. So how is it that you could intake LESS calories by eating MORE of certain foods, yet you could actually intake MORE calories by intaking LESS of other foods, i.e. so little that you are still hungry?
