I’m assuming you want to go into “starvation mode” so you can lose weight. You’re going about it the wrong way! First, you might be interested in a very effective weight loss program where you can avoid starvation mode. You can read about it on this Restaurant Food Calories page:http://dietplansecrets.blogspot.com/2009…
Just skip the Restaurant Food Calories stuff and click the link for details.
The reason you’re not losing weight is because your body has adjusted to your calorie intake. Your metabolism is used to burning 1000 calories a day.
If you try to lower your calorie intake even more, your body will adjust again and you will still not lose weight. This is why low calorie starvation diets don’t work!
More importantly, your body burns calories to give you energy. If you don’t provide your body with enough calories, your metabolism will start to burn muscle and even your organs!
This is very dangerous! Starvation diets should be avoided at all costs. They don’t work and they can be very unhealthy.
You sound like the kind of person that has the discipline to succeed at any weight loss program. Don’t risk your health by trying to starve yourself! Try something that works!
Hope this helps! Good luck!
