The reason you&#039;re not losing weight is because your body has adjusted to your calorie intake. Your metabolism is used to burning 1000 calories a day.
If you try to lower your calorie intake even more, your body will adjust again and you will still not lose weight. This is why low calorie starvation diets don&#039;t work!
More importantly, your body burns calories to give you energy. If you don&#039;t provide your body with enough calories, your metabolism will start to burn muscle and even your organs!
