Why Do I Lose More Weight When I Eat Less Rather Than When I Eat Small, Frequent Meals?

I always lose more weight eating less meals, (with healthy foods)
rather than the usual “fewer, more frequent healthy snacks”
why?

  1. Smartphone Software Says:

It’s all a matter of calories. If you eat 6-7 small meals that are 300 calories a piece, you aren’t going to lose as much weight as you would eating 3-4 meals at 350-400 calories.

It all depends on yoru metabolism. Some people needs to “graze” on small stuff consistently throughout the day, and other just need better food in their systems.
