How Much Weight Can I Lose If I Eat Less Than 400 Calories A Day?
Category: Uncategorized
I’ve done that before a pretty long time ago and I’ve kept the weight off by eating sensibly…I want to lose 10-15 pounds in less than 10-20 days.

Your metabolism rate will slow down with so little calories. So your weight loss will not be fast.
Eat healthily with lots of veggies, lean meat and complex carbs and exercise, you will not have problem losing some fats and weight. There are no hunger pangs too.
I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.
Details such as meals, recipes, walking as an exercise and to shape the body etc etc, are in my blog

trust me, DON’T GET INTO THAT! i know people that’ve done it and i mightve as well…… but once you do it it’ll become addictive. just eat healthy, and if you’re a binge eater (stopping and starting in weird patterns) think of you being morbidly obese, where you can’t even STAND you’re so big! i’m not saying don’t eat at all, but make good choices. and i’m not saying you’ll get morbidly obese, but think on it and try some self control…

That is horrible for you you should never go under 1,000 cal (even that really low) its just not good for you so what if you did it before that crazy low and your going to hurt your self if not now defiantly in the long run it just not safe

A lot at first, but then your body stores every bite as fat, or so I’ve heard. Of course, that’s a terrible way to lose weight because ther’s no way you’re getting all your nutrients, your body literally starves itself and “eats” your muscle, and you could die. Doctors generally don’t reccomend going any lower than 1,2000 cals/day.

It would probably be possible.
But trust me, you DON’T want to get that started.
Its very addictive. I did the same thing, started counting calories and now I am totally OBSESSED. I am underweight for my height, and yet I STILL OBSESSIVELY count calories.
My mom thinks I’m ana and is threatening to send me somewhere to get “help.”
TRUST ME, this is NOT something you want to do.
Eat healthy [: && Exercise [:
You may lose weight much slower, but it will be worth it in the end.
Sorry this is so long. “/

less than 400 calories a day is way too little!
When you eat very little calories your body goes into starvation mode and conserves whatever you eat. You may lose weight over a long period of time (it’s anorexia) but you’ll be really flabby and unhealthy.
