When you eat very little calories your body goes into starvation mode and conserves whatever you eat. You may lose weight over a long period of time (it&#039;s anorexia) but you&#039;ll be really flabby and unhealthy.</description>

Its very addictive.  I did the same thing, started counting calories and now I am totally OBSESSED.  I am underweight for my height, and yet I STILL OBSESSIVELY count calories.
My mom thinks I&#039;m ana and is threatening to send me somewhere to get &quot;help.&quot;

		<description>That is horrible for you you should never go under 1,000 cal (even that really low) its just not good for you so what if you did it before that crazy low and your going to hurt your self if not now defiantly in the long run it just not safe</description>

Eat healthily with lots of veggies, lean meat and complex carbs and exercise, you will not have problem losing some fats and weight. There are no hunger pangs too.
I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.
Details such as meals, recipes, walking as an exercise and to shape the body etc etc, are in my blog
