Do I Have To Run To Lose Fat, Or Just Eat Less?

I run 2 miles a day but hate running. So if I eat 400 calories less a day (the amount I burn running) and do ab stuff, do I need to run to lose belly fat?

running will help you lose fat but eating less is just not healthy you will end up losing muscle as well which although you wont be fat you will look weird and virtually no girls like skinny wimps .persistance will build muscle. Eating a balanced diet will help, to build muscle eat protein, for minimum fat/excess gain eat fish(+ its real healty with loads of amino acids and health prolonging oils). don’t eat less eat the same as before then do other excersises like boxing, skipping, cycling, swimming you get the idea
