There is no such thing as a “target” workout. You can gain muscles in your arms from doing tricep, bicep exercises, and you can do all the leg lifts in the world. But, it takes a well-rounded workout to work everything.
You can gain muscle by doing exercises, but it must be a result of muscle building, cardio and healthy diet. There is NO quick fix for any bodypart.
Inner thighs are the worst! Ah!. There are machines at the gym were you pull your legs together with weights – does not work! Not from experience, but from a personal trainer friend. Apparently, the muscles you use to do that are to small to matter and it really just causes a strain on your groin and such.
Belly – do ab crunches, not sit ups, Sit ups only strain your neck and back.
You don’t have to hire a personal trainer, but i suggest enlisting at a gym, they can show you the proper way to utilize your muscles. Don’t be embarassed, its their job. Plus even if you think you can do it yourself, I promise its very possible you are doing it wrong – my husband showed me all the mistakes I was making – man, I thought I was really good at working out. Nope. It takes muscle tension, repeating intervals and a motivation to do so. It hurts, – especially at the beginning, but once you get into it, you see results in as little as 3 weeks (healthy diet) – my buns have never looked beeter!

Well to me,you should be patient to lose your fat..But,however,here some tips for you..
1.You should jog in the morning 2 hours a day..first time,you should walk so you’ll get use to it..
2.Make a timetable for your diet.
3.Dancing also can make you lose your weight!!

go to your doctor and ask for a prescription called Phentermine. i lost 30 pounds in 2 months. Basically it’s legal speed. Doesn’t make you feel funny. Just increases your energy and suppresses your appetite. Works for me!

there is no fast way, there is no quick fix, most diet pills out there r just money hogs, and worthless talk to your doctor about an exercise program or just start walking.
