Best way for you to start out is interval running.
Start walking fast for 4 min, and run 3/4 speed for 1 min. Do this about 6 times 4 days a week.
Then the following week, try jogging 4 min, running 1 min.
Then every week as you can, reduce the jog time and increase the run time.
With a reasonable diet, you should see results very quickly.

Dear . It is not only running. You can just have a brisk walk for more than half hour daily, besides, some excercises.
