How Much Weight Could I Lose With This Diet Plan?
Hi. How much weight could I expect to lose per week or month with this diet plan.
1. Eat bowl of cereal, then go brisk walking for 90 minutes to 2 hours.
2. For Dinner, eat a cheese sandwich and an apple or orange. After that go jogging for 20 minutes and brisk walk for 20 .
3. For tea, eat 2 potato waffles and some fruit. Then go out brisk walking for 1 hour.
For snacks, I will eat some fruit.
It is hard for me to diet as I have a psychological problem with eating, where I only eat 4 different types of food; Potato Waffles, Fruit, Chicken Nuggets, and Cheese Sandwiches. I usually drink about 10 glasses of water a day.
How much do you think I could possibly lose, and also what I could do better or change

Although I can’t answer this without knowing your current age, gender, weight and height, I can say that you are taking in less than 1000 calories daily, and expending on the order of 2000 calories with this plan. Theoretically you could lose 1-2 pounds per week.
This is a highly risky plan. You are consuming a diet consisting of nearly all carbohydrates. While this is fine for quick energy, you will not only be burning fat but also breaking down muscle and internal organs to provide the protein you need to survive. In the long run, you will not be terribly healthy if you embark on this.
You need to add protein (meat, fish, nuts, legumes, soy, dairy) and vegetable fat (olive, canola, sunflower, safflower, flax oils) to this diet. However, with your nearly universal aversion to food, this likely will be impossible.
Please seek counseling for your eating disorder as soon as possible. We don’t want to lose you!
