Is a fruit and vegetable diet for a week a bad idea?

If I ate just fruit and veg for only a week, would it result in a lot of weight loss? Or would I just feel tired and miserable for the whole week

if I did do it, I would also be exercising for 40 minutes each day and drinking plenty of water. am I wasting my time by thinking about doing it?

    you will probably lose a bit of weight, and you may feel a bit drained if you aren’t used to it, your body might go through a bit of a shock but i think it’s a healthy plan as long as you make sure to get your protein as well (nuts and beans)
