Don’t worry really, Female dogs rule there the dominate one, she’s not hungry or she would push him out of the way and if she is still young she won;’t eat much anyway I’ve had lots of dogs as a matter of fact I have 3 now 2male 1 female and what she Say’s goessss. Don’t worry! PS Have you had her wormed yet maybe she might have worms to that will keep her skinny. and if she has worms chances are the male will to. sunnydays

maybe you should change the type of food your giving them and when you feed them feed them separate but if your dog stps eating and drinking go to the vet’s office immediatly.

Make them eat apart one from the other, that way the male dog will not steal the food from the female.

If you do not live alone, you could take your male dog for a walk while your roommate/husband/wife feeds your female dog, and feed the male after. Maybe this will condition her to eat more “assertively”, and you could feed them in different rooms if your home is large enough. Good luck with the dogs
Also, contact a vet to see if you can get a food with higher nutrient levels for your female that is eating less.

If your female dog doesn’t want to eat that much, either leave her at that or take her to the Vet. If she’s eating less because of the male keeps stealing her food, feed them in seperate rooms.

get him neutered

Is she leaving the food for him or does he push her out of the way to get it? If he’s too pushy you have to seperate them at mealtime. If she’s walking away from it then don’t give her as much as the male. If she’s not losing weight I wouldn’t worry about it.
Some dogs eat as soon as they’re fed and others wait till they’re in the mood. Maybe you have one of each.

when you feed your dogs feed one in a room where you can close the door. and then give the female her food if she just picks at it put a little oil on it she will eat it up like nothin

Supervise them when it’s feeding time, or enclose them in seperate rooms, for then they both get their share, no more, no less.
Plus, not every dog eats the same amount. She may just not eat as much as he does.

separate them at feeding times, that way he cant get to her food.
