It appears to me that you must spend more calories than than you consume. Aerobics(running, jogging,walking) are one sure way of burning more fat than weight lifting. Unless this is combined with healthy balanced diet, it is counterproductive.Set small goals to lose weight and keep it off than fast ways to lose it for you will regain it again. Bottom line, choose a healthy life style.</description>

		<description>there is no set number of calories to lose. the key is that you have to burn more calories than you take in. keep in mind that there are roughly 3500 calories in a pound. so burning or consuming 500 less calories in a week should theoretically cause you to lose 1 pound a week. good luck to you!</description>
