Sometimes I always want to eat more food. I eat until the point I am about to throw up it feels like. I don’t know why I think it is just because food just looks good to me. How do I stop?

Hi there!
I know what you mean I think we’ve all been there. After my divorce all I ever did was eat! I would research for hours on free tips on how to loose weight and I have to admit I did start shredding the pounds, although it didn’t stop my eating problem and soon enough I put back on the weight.
So I had enough and looked for a professional diet plan. I browsed around and found the diet plan eat, stop, eat which I did have doubts about but the reviews from real people said otherwise.

before you eat anything else, eat a bowl of rice (just alittle salt) with chopsticks. u will eat slower(harder to eat with chopsticks) and the rice will fill u up. use the chopsticks to eat your (small portioned) meal too. slower eating. just enjoy the taste. the rice filled u so now u can fully enjoy the food.

Look for these in your foods, avoid them.

MSG over-excited your brain cells making you think your hungry after eating a lot.

oh…that happens to me alot.
YOu can either:
1) eat small portions of everything
2) take your time eating
3) eat as you normallty would but with lots of water (water makes you feel fuller)
