What Would Happen If I Eat Less And Healthily But Not Exercise? ?

SO like i eat less than what i do now and really healthy but i don’t do exercise.. i know i should but i’m really busy.
Would i lose weight? How much and how fast?
Will i put the weight back on if i eat normally again?

You’ll learn something called “skinny fat,” which is when you have a high body fat percentage but you are rather slim. People like this are petite, but have flabby arms, legs, butts, and bellies. Not attractive at all. You will also have a harder time maintaining weight.
Don’t use “I’m really busy” as an excuse. I was a full time college student and had a job working as a draftswoman for the county. Even when I had to put in 61 hours at work one week (not including school), I STILL kept up my workout regimen to workout twice a day and STILL made my own healthy food. There’s no excuse.

You will lose weight slowly but as another responder has said, you’ll lose some muscle mass too, which is not good. We’re all busy, so you have to find a way to sneak in 5 minutes at a time to move. For instance, the most often recommended way is to park a little farther away from your building and walk the five minutes to your desk. During the day use stairs instead of an elevator at lunch or some time you’re not late for a meeting. Scientists have demonstrated that exercise in 5-minute increments still counts toward keeping you healthy.

You would lose weight, but you would also probably lose muscle (which would slow your metabolism).
Exercise has benefits beyond weight loss ones.

you’ll look thinner but looking toned in my opinion is better.
