How Bad Is Chinese Food If You’re Dieting?
Category: Uncategorized
I like to eat chinese food. I usually eat sauteed shrimp and broccoli with white rice. Brown rice seems to have more minerals but it has more calories. Is this bad to eat if I’m dieting?

It’s not too bad but stick to the chicken or veggie platters with minimal sauces. I alway opt for the brown rice when available. The one thing about chinese food is that it is sooo high in sodium. So just remember not to weigh yourself the morning after eating it.

not bad if you don’t eat it every single day. if you’re cooking it yourself then that’s great.
you might know this already, but white rice doesn’t have many nutrients and it takes time for your body to digest it, so just keep that in mind.
if you eat out, know that a lot of restaurants have MSG in their foods and a lot of fatty oils. try to avoid the oily and fried foods, like noodles.

Some Chinese food are cooked with too much salt, but as I know, many food like dumplings and noodles are natural and low in calories.
They following site is one kind of Chinese food made of rice and vegetables and fruit etc. You can try this when you’re dieting.

As long as you don’t eat too much of it and as long as you don’t get to the fried stuff, then it shouldn’t be that bad.

sauteed shrimp and broccoli isn’t bad at all compare to orange chicken.

It could be a lot worse. Enjoy your food and walk around the block after you drink some water.

if you don’t eat too much at one time, it’s fine. portion control is always important.
