How Much Weight Can I Lose From This Diet?

I started my diet last Tuesday, and so far I’ve lost about ten pounds. I know it’s not going to sound healthy, but I need a life change in the way I eat.Before I would eat all the time all day! But now I only eat once a day and usually it’s about 500 calories. I drink 12 cups of water, and I exercise for 30 minutes 5 times a week. Oh and my height is 5′8 and I weigh 160lbs.

    Yah, don’t do it.
    1.) You are loosing weight because your body is eating itself.
    2.) While your body is eating itself, it is consuming your muscles. You should record your muscle mass because loosing it will inhibit ability to burn calories.
    So what will end up happening is, once you start eating a normal amount of food, your body will store it as fat. You will gain more weight than when you started. And more fat too!
    Try to stay above 1200 calories per day. It is the normal amount the body needs to repair itself.
