Slim down – remove fat
The only sure fire way I know to keep the weight off is to immediately kill yourself.it is the only thing that has worked for me. Good luck

When you go off a diet it is always when u start to gain weight again. Than back to the diet. That is not healthy.

Lose weight fast
Slowly re-introduce some foods that you cut out of your diet to loose weight (but don’t go overboard!). Keep exercising. 20lbs in 2 weeks, what a great effort! Good luck

That’s too much too fast, you are guaranteed to gain most if not more back! You need to stop drinking all sodas, including diet; drink so much water that yo feel like you will float away; don’t eat anything “white”, bread, pasta, rice, cakes, cookies, potatoes; and cut your sodium intake. AND EAT BREAKFAST DAILY!!!! Even if it’s a piece of fruit.

Lose weight now – Stay slim forever
Sometimes prevention is the best cure. Crash diets is one of those times. My advise would be to start a regimen of healthy eating in conjunction with an exercise program. If you try to eat healthy about 80% of the time and allow yourself the occasional cheat meal, you won’t feel deprived and will have a better chance of maintaining a healthy weight.

crash dieting is starving yourself. When you re-introduce foods to your system you are going to want to over eat because you have been doing with out. It is like a yo-yo diet. You can’t have successful results from a crash diet and maintain them. Learning to eat properly is 80% of the battle in loosing weight. People are just simply to lazy to make the sacrifice to get the physique it is they want. Every time you take something to eat you know is not good for you ask yourself. Having a healthy body is a lot more sexy then being skin and bones. I have never heard any of my clients say hey I want to look like that sack of bones over there…. Being healthy is a lifestyle choice you either make it or you don’t. You know what is good to eat and what isn’t… so why crash. It is like binge eating.
This is not a healthy approach at all.
