How To Lose Fat In The Breast Area?

I keep a check on my weight every month and I’m not really losing anything. I’m just increasing. I can’t stop eating crisps and my parents always encourage me to eat lots of fruit. My breast area and my shoulders and thighs are really getting me down as I’m mostly fat in those areas. Is there any way that I can specifically lose weight in these areas? The breast and thigh areas, like is there any sort of exercise that I would have to every day?

Sorry to tell you but spot reduction is a myth. To reduce those areas, you have to reduce your overall body fat percentage. Stop buying chips so you aren’t tempted.
Get a friend to go down to the beach with you to run in the dunes with sneakers on. I did that and it works so quickly to tone your legs. Doing some little weights for your arms like flys and dips can do wonders to tone your arms. Pick up a sport like netball so its more of a socializing while doing sport so it doesn’t seem so bad. Netball tones your arms with all the throwing and also helps with cardio with the short sharp sprints.
Or get a friend to go to the gym with you. Don’t make excuses to get out of going. I think its easiest just to go on the cross trainer and put my ipod in and zone out. Pick a spot on the wall and stare at it and daydream. I did that and like 40 mins just flew by. Dont eat for an hour after exercising to maximize fat burning time. Fruit still has fruit sugar so try to eat vegetables. Cut back on salt to stop bloating. Eat lean protein after exercising so your muscles can repair themselves so you dont get sore!

Whilst it is almost impossible to spot reduce weight you might want to consider reducing the additional calories that you are taking on by eating crisps as this will help you loose weight overall.
Outside of that, also you can do more chest exercises as this might help tone up that area.

to lose theigh fat , try doing the jackknife exercise – look it up on youtube , there are tons of demonstrations on it . HOPE THIS HELPS
