Do I Need To Lose Weight Or Go On A Diet?

I weigh 103 pounds and im 5′5. Im 14. I eat between 2000 and 2500 calories a day and i exercise. I pretty much eat whatever i want. But do i need to go on a diet and lose weight?

No, you are most certainly not overweight. Your body is also still growing, so to go on a diet now could deprive you of nutrients that you really need. Worry about being 14, don’t worry about being fat.

You are actually underweight. You could weigh 120lbs and look completely healthy and normal. I would not worry about going on a diet at all.

Are you serious?! to lose what. Keep eating those calories while you still can.
