How Can I Train My Body To Eat Less At A Meal?

I tend to feel very full after eating meals made up of lots of protein. I want to be able to stop before feeling so full. I don’t notice I’m full until a half hour later or so. How can I stop myself from feeling so full?

    Take your time eating, when you eat fast you don’t realize how much you are actually eating. So take a few bites, drink some water, and you will fill up faster but not too much.
    Eating a salad before your meal, you get your vegetables and also you take up room for your meal so you won’t eat every bit of it.
