I tend to feel very full after eating meals made up of lots of protein. I want to be able to stop before feeling so full. I don’t notice I’m full until a half hour later or so. How can I stop myself from feeling so full?

I have a stomach ulcer and I have to avoid acidic foods and caffiene. I also jogg/walk 5k 4 times a week and avoiding carbs. is there any other way to lose weight?

But no matter how much weight I lose, I think I’m just getting rid of water weight because I still look the same.
