Spring rolls have a thinner crust, and are usually filled with veggies so it&#8217;s healthier.<br />
Also consider the Buddha Delight or some places just call it Vegetarian Delight, it has an array of chinese and western vegetables lightly sauteed in garlic and chicken stock so it&#8217;s healthy and low fat&#8230;..and if you must put soy sauce on it ask for &#8220;low sodium soy sauce&#8221; It tastes better that way anyways.</p>

My aim is to get much fitter, but also I could do with losing about 10lbs.  I started 3 weeks ago but haven&#8217;t lost any weight or inches, though I can tell I am fitter already.  I&#8217;m not more toned, the blubber is still there!  My trainer says I need to make sure I eat enough, but surely I need to eat less to lose weight?  The programme is really tough, but I am starting to lose heart &#8211; any ideas?  Am I just impatient?</p>
