I have been trying to be really healthy lately, eating lots of fruit and veggies, whole grains, etc, and I have been doing great!&#8230;during the week. When the weekends come and I have so much more time, I eat so much food! Ah, it is insane how much I eat! Has anyone else experienced this, and does anybody know any tips and tricks to prevent this horrible weekend binge! Thank you so much!</p>
